Accessibility Testing at the Museum of Science

0% of survey complete

Thank you for signing up to help improve the accessibility of the Museum of Science!

The information that you provide on this form will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Museum of Science's Research & Evaluation Department. Your information will only be used to ask you if you would like to come in for testing, not to add you to any list that receives newsletters, donation solicitations, etc.

The Museum of Science does accessibility testing throughout the year, usually every few months, and more often in the summertime. Whenever the Museum of Science would like to do some testing or learn more about your museum experience, we will refer to this form to invite people to come in and help us out.

Each project will be a little different, but a visit could be anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes long. On the day of your visit you will receive free admission to the Museum of Science exhibit halls and free parking in the Museum of Science garage.

If you prefer to fill out this form over the phone instead of online, please contact Stephanie Iacovelli, a Research and Evaluation Assistant at the Museum of Science, at 617-589-4438. You may also email her at siacovelli@mos.org with any questions.

Thanks again for your help!
